Privacy note
This explains in plain words what Body Lab Fitness Club keeps about you on this website and why.
What we keep
Your name and phone number; your plan and membership end date; your gym card number (if you have one); a record of each payment (amount, date, and the UPI transaction ID you typed in); and your PIN, which is stored scrambled so nobody, including the owner, can read it.
Why
To run your membership: to show you your status and expiry date, to confirm your payments, and to let the club send you a WhatsApp reminder when your membership is about to end or has ended. Your phone number is also how you sign in.
Who can see it
The club owner and staff who run the dashboard, and the person who looks after this website and its hosting for the club. We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers. We never see your UPI PIN or bank details: you pay directly to the club's UPI ID and only type in the transaction ID.
Cookies and fonts
The site uses one small cookie to keep you signed in. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google may see that your device opened this site.
Your choices
Ask the club if you want to see your details, correct them, or have your record deleted. When a record is deleted, your name, phone number, card number and PIN are erased. The club may keep the amount and date of past payments, without your name, for its accounts. Use the contact details below or speak to us at the counter. If you forget your PIN, the club can reset it.
